HIbachi Grill

My husband was introduced to this restaurant at a business dinner. We live in Park City, but frequently make the trip down the canyon to this amazing family friendly restaurant. We love the Hibachi chef Dave - who never fails to put on a show. You cant beat his humor either. Highly recommend!

What an amazing restaurant! Service was great, place was clean. Food was excellent ☺️This is also a all you can eat buffet! They give you a menu, you pick everything you want from it and they bring it to you! Lunch special is cheaper, but less options. The dinner buffet was cheaper then most Hibachi restaurants I have been to—and they were not buffets.Do put this on your list for Salt Lake City dining ☺️

Overall cool experience and the chef was entertaining. I would recommend you and your group try it. The chef only cooks at your station once. Once the initial items on the menu are cooked and served he leaves. So large groups will have their chef longer but I'm sure cooking to complete everyone's plate will take longer as well. Any additional items ordered will be cooked in the back kitchen. The food tasted good and the meat was tender and the initial meal was initially filling. DON'T BE FOOLED ON THE ALL YOU CAN EAT. Although you can order more items without additional costs, you'll definitely be waiting a long time. It's more like the more you eat the longer you wait. So for the best experience just eat once.
